Slow lifting devices Moscow

"Podemmehmash" LLC is the developer and manufacturer of lifting equipment.

In accordance with the agreement between the SEC and APM "Podemmehmash" LLC were held strength calculations of structures of low-speed hoisting devices (TSU), such as:

 1) Single Column cantilevered two types of duty;

 2) a two cantilever;

 3) The three types of pit duty.

Computational models of all types have been divided into two parts, such as the loading platform with the carriage and the front lift. Due to the different configuration of the loading platform when operating in different modes, calculation was made for two modes: a staff and for the "catcher" mode, in case of interruption of load-bearing rope.

The computational model of the console single-column lift carrying capacity of 1.5 t

Rod model of the lower section of the cantilever elevator along with a list of used sections

The upper part of the hoist with fixed load bearing ropes and an installed cargo hoist

Rod model of the entire elevator stand

Map of maximum equivalent (for Mezis) stresses of the structure of the cargo platform with the carriage in normal mode

Map of total movements in elements of a cargo platform with a carriage in nominal mode

The form of loss of stability of the structure of the loading platform with the carriage in the nominal mode

A map of equivalent stresses arising in structural elements under the action of a triple load on it, in the "catcher" mode

Section of the wing of the catcher with a hook that falls into the hole in the channel, in the "catcher" mode

To evaluate the effect on shock strut design simulating a sudden brake platform with the carriage when the safety gear is triggered, to structural racks reactions were applied to the loading platform supports obtained from the action of the triple load arising during braking.

To simulate the shock loads generated by the action of the safety gear, conducted dynamic analysis (calculation of forced vibrations) that examined the behavior of the rack during the action of shock loads.

Dependence of the level of equivalent loaded in the most loaded rod on time

Form of loss of stability of the upper part of the structure of the elevator

Dynamic picture of the behavior of the structure of the elevator stand under forced oscillations

Rod model of the frame structure of the cargo platform of a two-post lift with a carrying capacity of 2.2 tons

Conclusion :  As the level of stresses arising in elements of construction cantilever rack lift when operating in  normal mode , and the coefficient of the stability margin, the design satisfies the specified requirements, and thus can be realized.

When triggered, the safety device  in the rack there are significant lift on the magnitude of the voltage.
