APM WinMachine Multiphysics - Simulation of physical processes
The Russian CAE system for automated calculation and design of structures allows the user to solve various multiphysics problems for a more accurate assessment of the joint influence of processes of different physical nature on the calculation object. This approach is undoubtedly necessary when designing modern innovative technology, which is subject to increasingly stringent requirements.
The APM WinMachine Multiphysics package includes finite element analysis tools for strength calculations, modules for engineering analysis of individual machine parts and assemblies, and specialized calculation modules for analyzing multiphysics processes:
At the same time, the product implements the necessary relationships that allow complex calculations to be performed, for example, analysis of the stress-strain state (SSS) taking into account the results of calculating thermal conductivity, as well as analysis of SSS taking into account the flow of liquid or gas around the structure, etc.
APM Multiphysics includes all additional calculation options by default:

APM Multiphysics calculation modules are divided into five thematic groups:
- Graphic tools (2D and 3D preprocessor for preparing geometry for calculations);
- Machine parts and connections (calculations of typical machine parts, mechanisms, as well as their connections);
- Finite element analysis (analysis of strength, stability, intrinsic and forced dynamics of structures under static and dynamic force and temperature influences);
- Modeling of physical processes (analysis of liquid and gas flows, calculation of electromagnetic fields, calculation of electrical circuits);
- Databases (arrays of reference information in text and graphic forms on material parameters, standard sections of rolled metal, etc.).
The APM WinMachine Multiphysics software product is registered in the Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases.
The computational core of the APM WinMachine Multiphysics product – the APM Structure3D module – has a software certification passport issued by ROSTEKHNADZOR, FBU “STC NRS”.
