Design U - shaped rocker frames descent (ascent) of the diving bell

By order of "Colorado" experts STC "TMA" project was designed platform with a U-shaped frame universal hoisting device for descent (ascent) of the diving bell. The purpose was to create a 3D model of a platform with a U-shaped frame in the CAD system and technical design, including assembly and detailed drawings.

Stages of work:

1. Geometric synthesis U-shaped frame. Strength calculation of structures. Selection of sections of the main elements

2. Creation of a model system KOMPAS-3D solid modeling. Adoption of 3D models of the customer.

3. Perform assembly and detailed drawings in accordance with ESKD.

The computational model platform and the U-shaped rocker frame is shown below. Platform and frame elements were modeled using finite element rod.

As a result of static analysis platform and frame: selected cross-section; found the force transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder; Get a map of the results.

 After performing static analysis calculations fastening elements and selection is made of the hydraulic cylinder have been produced in accordance with the calculated load.

   

Creating a 3- model and perform DRAWINGS

As a result, the results of the calculations made, was created 3D-model of lowering and lifting device and performed assembly and detailed drawings in line with the requirements of ESKD.
