Design documentation for the low-speed hoisting device
Based on the agreement with LLC "Podemmehmash" (Moscow), the specialists of STC APM in addition to strength calculations prepared design documentation. Initial data for performing strength calculations and preparation of 3D models is a sketch of the customer.
Stages of work:
1. Strength design calculation, selection of cross sections of the main elements
2. Creating models in solid modeling system KOMPAS-3D. Adoption of 3D models of the customer.
3. Perform assembly and detailed drawings in accordance with ESKD.
Slow-speed lifting device is designed for transportation nesypuchih goods in warehouses, stores and production facilities both indoors and outdoors.
Hoisting device divided into three variants of constructive device:
single-column performance;
of the two-fulfillment;
mine performance.
Hoisting device performance single-column composed of the following components:
· A base;
· Stand (mast);
· Loading platform;
· Displacement drive platform;
· Devices and safety equipment.
Hoisting device consist of the two-execution of the following components:
· A base;
· Two columns (towers);
· Loading platform;
· Displacement drive platform;
· Devices and safety equipment.
Hoisting device silo execution consists of the following components:
· A base;
· Mine;
· Loading platform;
· Displacement drive platform;
· Devices and safety equipment.
