## Strength calculation of single-pipe arch hangar

Organization of OOO «EvroAgro Center" specializes in the creation and implementation of a phased modernization projects, as well as transition economies in the loose housing cattle.

Commissioned by OOO «EvroAgro Center" was made strength calculation of a one-pipe steel arch on the main load combination. Calculated and strength calculation circuit designs implemented via APM Structure3D module constituting the APM Civil Engineering Prof. system STEEL v.9.6. The building structure is a set of one pipe arched trusses which are interconnected via a system runs. Bearing arches firmly attached to the vertical support columns made of concrete. The overall design scheme arch single pipe steel is shown in the images below

Building Steel is attached to the previously constructed foundation. A total of 78 models calculated control points.

Static analysis:

The fourth combination of loads was the most unfavorable. This can be explained by the fact that "unloads" a frame structure at a given geometrical shape design wind action. Consequently, the worst case loading structures - excluding action of wind load. Color cards results of this combination are shown in Figure 2.

Checking bearing capacity:

According to the SNIP II-23-81 * «Steel structures" checked the bearing capacity of the most loaded structural element. For this purpose were used specialized function module APM Srtructure3D to work with steel structural elements.

Based on the results of the analysis hangar designs appropriate conclusions about its efficiency have been made for given embodiments of external loading.

Recommendations were made to strengthen the necessary details by which the attachment of the lower part of the support arches. Amplification of this part may be accomplished by complement existing construction parts four ribs.
