From stress map analysis that the design has several weaknesses - is the site of attachment of springs and shock absorbers of the front wheels of the bus chassis to its frame. The attachment points are located in a plate and bending stresses predominate. The largest value of stresses in the fastening elements of the front wheel reaches 439 MPa and has a local (point) character. 
The stresses in the rod and the remaining plate elements of the bus structure are at 70 - 105 MPa, which is quite permissible value for steelwork St3kp made of steel having a yield limit of 235 MPa.
