It implements the requirements of GOST 21.401-88 "SPDS. Production technology. Basic requirements for working drawings "and GOST 21.606-95" SPDS. Rules for the implementation of working documentation of thermomechanical solutions for boiler rooms. "

The application interface is focused on quick development, convenient and efficient use, significantly reducing the time it takes to create working documentation.

Application tools solve a number of tasks of the designer: creating a schematic technological scheme, designing technological piping and arranging equipment on plans and sections of buildings and structures.

The application incorporates the principle of the technology of intelligent building design MinD. Obtaining in the automatic mode of sections, specifications, axonometric schemes and in the mode of two-dimensional object-oriented technology leads to an acceleration of the design process.

Application in the work of the manager of construction objects will allow you to create floors and levels of multi-storey buildings, manage floor parameters and automatically generate three-dimensional models of objects, which will allow you to perform visual control of the design decisions made.

Creation of a principle (functional) technological scheme

To solve this problem, the designer can use all available elements of equipment and pipes in a simplified (schematic) display. At the same time, each selected element remains “intelligent” and stores a large number of properties and characteristics. This allows you to automatically get the specification on the drawing sheet at the end of creating the scheme.

Design of technological strapping and arrangement of equipment on plans and sections of buildings and structures

This problem is solved using the same elements of equipment and pipes in a detailed view and the desired projection. In this case, the designer gets the opportunity to take into account elevations of equipment, pipelines and fittings. The application automatically calculates the length of the pipes and takes into account the equipment belonging to the production lines (the number of lines is determined in the settings). After arranging the equipment in the design position, the designer proceeds to tie them with communications in the following ways:

  • Identify the communication routes, characteristic sections (turns, branches), install fittings (bends, tees, etc.) along the routes, and then connect all the elements with pipes.
  • Lay pipes taking into account the necessary turns, and then install fittings (bends, tees, etc.) with inset. In the places of the insert, the necessary part of the pipe is automatically removed.

Application tools offer assistance with piping along walls or existing communications. To do this, it is possible to build communication sections with a given indent from the cursor.

When placing reinforcement along the length of the pipe elements, the insertion of elements occurs with automatic pipe breaking into sections. The cursor indicates the orientation of the element. When moving fittings and fittings along the length of the communication, associativity is maintained: the pipes are automatically reached and shortened.

When designing, a coincidence of parameters (for example, diameters) of the elements being connected is checked. The user can configure himself what parameters to check.

Construction of isometric circuits

An axonometric diagram is automatically generated based on the created equipment and communications plan. But you can also build an axonometric diagram using the same elements of equipment and pipes as in the previous steps, choosing to display elements specifically for axonometric diagrams.

Integration with settlement systems

Application tools allow you to transfer data to the START PC design scheme (NTP Pipeline) to create a calculation model and perform calculations and analysis.

When exporting, the entire geometric diagram of the pipeline is translated with the transfer of all elements installed on the technological pipeline: valves, bends, etc. Moreover, all the elements are exported with the corresponding technical characteristics that are determined automatically by the program, depending on the designer selected in Technology: TX brand of the element.

Specification Creation

The application allows you to generate specifications and statements in automatic mode:

  • Three forms of specifications in accordance with GOST 21.101097.
  • Specifications for technological systems with arbitrary names.
  • Automatic calculation of pipe length.
  • Ability to edit specification style.

The application uses the catalog database: Technological equipment and communications. Together with it, elements from catalogs of elements of chemical industries and vessels and apparatuses are supplied free of charge. For convenient access to catalog items there is a special toolbar.

The catalog contains the following sections:

  • Pipes from various materials;
  • Fittings: locking, safety, regulating;
  • Details: crosses, branches, transitions, tees, couplings, caps, flanges, branch pipes;
  • Elements: inserts, supports, clamps, gaskets, counters;
  • Equipment: pumps, tanks, filters;
  • Elements of vessels and apparatuses: bottoms, shells, hatches, supports, covers, flanges, plugs.

Each section contains a large number of different types and sizes of elements with detailed characteristics with the ability to supplement their own catalogs.
